• WooPayments: Our payment provider, which processes payments and refunds on our behalf. WooPayments is operated by Automattic, with payment processing by Stripe.
• The Life Apparel: Our merchandise partner, which receives your name, contact details, shipping address, and order details to pack and ship your order and to handle returns and exchanges.
• Shipping carriers and customs: USPS and Canada Post receive your name, address, and package details to deliver your order. Customs information is provided to the Canada Border Services Agency as required for imports.
• WooCommerce: Our store platform, which stores order records on behalf of the Site.
• Brevo: Our email and SMS marketing platform, which stores and processes subscriber data on our behalf. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com.
• Google: We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze Site usage. Data may be processed and stored by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy. We also store certain analytics data in Google BigQuery.

• Google Tag Manager: We use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking scripts on the Site. GTM itself does not collect personal data but may facilitate the collection described above.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at fettywap.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from the fettywap.com store. The Site is operated by Directly Divine Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

2. Online Store and Purchases

Where we sell. The current release ships to addresses in the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. We may cancel and refund any order with a shipping address outside that area.

Who can order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Product information. We try to show products accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and sizing can vary slightly by garment. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Pricing and currency. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.

Order acceptance. Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or an ineligible shipping address, and will refund any amount charged.

Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, WooPayments. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total.

Duties and taxes. For orders shipped to Canada, prices and shipping charges do not include Canadian duties, taxes or fees. These are collected on delivery and are your responsibility, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Limited stock. Products are available while supplies last. We don't guarantee that any item will be restocked.

Fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our partner, The Life Apparel.

Shipping, returns and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy are part of these Terms and apply to every order.

3. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to our SMS terms as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that:

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
